Drive-Through Hand Car Wash – Limitations
To ensure the safety, speed, and quality of our $20 Drive-Through Hand Car Wash, certain vehicles are not eligible due to structural or cleaning limitations.
We believe in being honest and setting the right expectations, so you always know what to expect.
Vehicles may not accepted include:
- vehicle length more than 5.3m or height over 2.1m
- Vehicles with ground clearance less than 13cm (chassis or spoilers)
- Heavily bug-splattered or excessively soiled vehicles
- Vehicles with loose accessories
- Vehicles with existing panel, paint, or glass damage (for safety and liability reasons)
If your vehicle falls into any of these categories, we kindly recommend using our full-service hand wash, where we can give your car the time and care it needs.
About Wheel, Rim & Wheel Well Cleaning
While our team makes every effort to clean the wheels, rims, and visible wheel wells during the drive-through wash, please note:
• This is a fast service, so heavy brake dust, grime, or deep build-up may not be fully removed
• Wheel wells are not deep-cleaned in this express service
• If you expect spotless rims and detailed wheel or wheel well cleaning, we strongly recommend our full hand car wash packages
Important Information About Bug, Mud And Heavy Soil Cleaning
• Our Drive-Through Hand Car Wash is designed as an express service, with the goal of completing every wash in under 10 minutes.
• Our team will make every reasonable effort to clean bugs from your vehicle. However, if your car is heavily covered with bugs, please note that complete removal may not be possible within the time allowed for this express service.
• Similarly, for vehicles that are heavily covered in mud, dirt, or soil, we are unable to remove heavy build-up during the drive-through wash due to time constraints.
• If you require full bug removal or heavy mud/soil cleaning, we invite you to book our Full Hand Car Wash Service, where we can dedicate the extra time and care needed to restore your car to spotless condition.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you choose the service that best suits your vehicle’s needs.
